Functional Furniture

This table and stool set was designed and created in the FABLAB. Space saving design was a very important aspect in the design of the table; it has a one screw release the bring the width from 40 inches to just 2.5 inches. Further revisions have allowed the additional decrease in necessary materials and therefore time, electricity, and cost of production. It was brought from concept, to model, to full scale prototype. One model is shown on the table, in red acrylic.
